You can get three free downloads every week.  All you need is a Grand County Public Library card in good standing.

The service is called Freegal.

If you don't have a library card, your parents can get one for you.  All you need is proof that you live in Grand County.  A bill or any piece of mail that has your name and address on it will work.

Library cards only cost a dollar!  For your dollar you can get nearly 300 free songs every year!

To log in to Freegal:

To log in - the library card number entered must have a total of 8 characters and start with the letter "P". Enter enough zeroes between the "P" and the numerals to make 8 characters. For example, if your card number is P 33, it needs to be entered as P0000033. The PIN is the last name on the library account, first letter capitalized (unless you've changed your password in the Online Catalog).

Math Club and Money Makers Club teamed up again for another fun field trip.  This time we went to Wabi Sabi to see how they reuse and recycle donated items.  Their system is so efficient that almost nothing is wasted.

We learned:

• How a non-profit business operates
• The importance of motivated employees
• How non-profit businesses work together to help each other
• What happens to donations and how the profits are distributed to the community
