BEACON Afterschool Program and Moab City Recreation are partnering to offer another 2 weeks of summer camp for Moab's youth during the first two weeks of summer vacation! Registration opens March 21st
BEACON City Camp is partnership program between BEACON and Moab City Recreation and offers diverse opportunities each day for campers to explore their interests in sports/recreation, nature, and the arts. This unique camp structure has campers exploring our different community resources offered by the City throughout the day- spending time at Center St Gym, the MARC, the Aquatic Center, bouldering once per week at Lions Park, and ending each week at Old City Park.
Camp is Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm. Lunch is provided through the HMK Free Lunch Program. Each afternoon Monday-Thursday we will be cooling down at the Aquatic Center. Day camps will be taught by a mix of our wonderful BEACON employees. Additional staff from BEACON and MCR will be on site during swimming times at the MRAC.
